okay, I just came home from my exercise work out and have found that even though I expend alot of energy, once I get home I tend to have more. I am able to get more done than if I just came home and parked on the couch. I’m still struggling with food and what to eat or not to eat, but that is one of the reasons that I am on this program. So I will just keep trying my best and hope that it is enough to help me accomplish what I want and need to.

This is my first time blogging, so I am a little nervous and hope that I do things correctly. I am excited to be a part of this challenge even though it seems a bit daunting to me. It is a whole change of life style so it will not be easy, but I want to learn and make myself better so that I can help my children have healthier lives. So far the exercise is the easiest part for me. Finding the right foods and fixing them is a bit more difficult. Since I work 10 hour shifts at work, starting at 5:30 a.m. then try to do everything else in the evenings, my time is very busy. So food prep will be the most challenging part for me, but I will be trying my best.
