BEAVER CREEK TRAIL is a local favorite because it caters to beginner and intermediate bikers and is well-liked by all. The trail is found in the Uinta Mountains and is a great first-time alpine experience. With the exception of a steep hill at the beginning of the trail, it is a rather flat ride.
Trailhead GPS - N 40° 37.552' W 111° 11.224' For specific information about this hike including tips, pictures, maps, and locations visit www.utahmountainbiking.com/trails/beaver.htm
DOWD MOUNTAIN TRAIL also is located in the Uinta Mountains and is built for a stronger biker than the Beaver Creek Trail. One reason bikers enjoy this trail is because it takes you through longleaf pine and juniper. This is just one of the many excellent trails in the Uintas.
