So three year olds need adventures too, more often then most of us, and they are pretty easy to satisfy with a set of monkey bars and some swings. So I have two parks to suggest for a quick family adventure.

The first is in Orem at Sharon Elementary School. This one I suggest because there are actually 3 playgrounds there for the kiddies. There is also, usually, a pickup game of soccer happening for the teenagers, and then there are rolling hills and trees to explore, a long bike path to ride on, basketball, plus plenty of places for the parents to sit and relax. see it here It is located at 600 N and 300 E in Orem.
Then there is another terrific park that we love to go to. It is the Rotary Bicentennial Park in Provo. It has a walking trail through a wetlands, a playground, Frisbee golf course, pavilion, and a huge lawn with some great hills to roll (or sled) down. It is just a good park all around.
